Delete your account

How to delete it

• In the app: sign in to Routetto and go to Account → Delete account, or open app.routetto.com/?borrar-cuenta directly. You’ll be asked to type your email to confirm and, if you signed in more than an hour ago, to sign in again.
• By email: write to info@routetto.com from your account’s email address and ask us to delete it. We do it within one month at most and let you know when it’s done.

What’s deleted

• Your account: your email, your name and how you sign in.
• The trips that are yours and nobody else edits, with their stops, notes and schedules. If you shared them for viewing only, they disappear for the people who saw them too. Trips other people shared with you stay theirs: you just stop seeing them.
• The tickets and documents of those trips.
• Your Atlas.
• The AIs and tokens you had connected: they lose access.
• Usage data linked to you (the count of requests and of clicks to other sites).

What goes to someone else

A trip of yours that you share for editing isn’t deleted: it goes to the person who edits it, with its stops, notes, schedules, tickets and documents. If several people edit it, it goes to whichever of them you shared it with first. Everyone else can still view or edit it as before. Before you confirm, the app tells you who each trip goes to.

What’s kept

• Purchases and credit transactions, with their invoices, for 6 years, because the law requires us to keep them (Spanish Commercial Code, art. 30). They’re used for nothing else.
• Any unused balance is lost when you delete the account and isn’t refunded. If you made a purchase less than 14 days ago, ask for the refund of what you haven’t used first (see the terms).
• Encrypted backups: deleted data disappears from them as they expire, within about 13 months at most (documents, after 40 days). See backups in Privacy.

Your Bouzon Digital Account

If you sign in with your Bouzon Digital Account, that account is separate: deleting your Routetto account doesn’t delete it. If you want it deleted too, say so in the same email to info@routetto.com.
