Who provides the service

Pablo Daniel Bouzon, a sole trader (autónomo) operating under the trade name Bouzon Digital. Tax ID (NIF) Z0115635L. Avenida Gamonal, 4, esc. B, 3.º A, 29631 Benalmádena (Málaga), Spain. Contact: info@routetto.com. Routetto is a brand of Bouzon Digital.

The service

Routetto is a web app for planning trips: building the days, working out the schedule, sharing and exporting them. Planning and sharing are free, with no limit on trips and reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse. Some features use credits (section 5). The app is in English and Spanish.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Routetto. You sign in with your Bouzon Digital Account or with your email and password. The account is personal: keep your credentials safe and tell us if you think someone else is using them. You can share trips with other people to view or edit; anyone who can edit a shared trip can change it just as you can, and every change can be undone. If you delete your account, the trip goes to the person who edits it.

Acceptable use

You may not use Routetto for anything illegal, to upload content you don’t have the rights to, to try to access other people’s trips or to run mass automated requests outside the API and its limits. We may suspend accounts used in these ways. The documents you upload are yours: we only store them to show them to you and to the people you share the trip with.

Credits

  • What they are. A prepaid balance for the Routetto features that cost us per request (real public transport times, Google photos and reviews, rated restaurants, walking routes on the real streets and hills and reordering the day with them, Excel and Google Sheets, and anything your connected AI does with them). They are a voucher for using the service: they aren’t money, earn no interest and can’t be moved to another account or exchanged for cash, except for the refund in section 6.
  • No subscription, no expiry. You buy a pack when you want one; there’s no fee or renewal, and credits never expire.
  • Packs and prices. As published on this website’s pricing page, VAT included. Bonus credits in a pack are a discount: you pay its price and get more credits. The first-purchase bonus is once per person and once per card (with Apple Pay or Google Pay, only the per-person limit applies).
  • Where they’re sold. For now, only to consumers in the European Union; what counts is your card’s billing country. If you’re a business from another country, write to us before buying.
  • How to buy them. On the web version of Routetto (app.routetto.com), with your Bouzon Digital Account. They can’t be bought in the Android app, but credits you buy on the web work there too. You pay on Stripe’s payment page, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Bouzon Digital charges you and emails the invoice; a full invoice with a Spanish tax number can be requested under ‘Your purchases’.
  • How they’re spent. Each paid feature deducts credits when it’s used, including when your connected AI uses it. The oldest pack is used first. If a request fails, the credits come straight back.
  • From the start. Credits are loaded into your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. That’s why, on the payment page, in the same required box you tick to accept the credit terms, you expressly accept this text: ‘I want the credits right away and understand that, once they’re loaded, the right of withdrawal no longer applies’ (article 103(m) of the Spanish consumer protection law). You can’t pay without ticking it, and we confirm it in the purchase email.
  • Disputes and chargebacks. If you open a dispute with your bank about a purchase, its credits are paused until it’s resolved. If the bank reverses the charge, the credits from that purchase are removed and your account can’t buy again until we’ve reviewed it.

Each purchase is governed by the credit terms shown in the app when you pay, with their version. If anything on this page doesn’t match them, they prevail.

Refund of unused credits

As our own commercial policy (it isn’t the right of withdrawal), for 14 calendar days after each purchase you can ask us to refund the part of that pack you haven’t used. It’s worked out in proportion: price paid × unused credits from the pack ÷ total credits in the pack (bonus included), rounded down to the cent. What you’ve already used isn’t refunded. When we refund, the credits left from that pack are removed from your balance.

You can ask from the app, in ‘Your purchases’ → ‘Help with this purchase’, or by writing to info@routetto.com from your account’s email address. We refund you through the same payment method.

Third-party timetables, fares and places

Transport times and fares, information about places (opening hours, photos, reviews) and journey times come from third parties and may change, be missing or be estimates; when a fare is an estimate, the app labels it. Check with the operator or the venue before you travel. Routetto doesn’t sell tickets, entry passes or accommodation: it takes you to whoever sells them.

Google Maps

Some Routetto features use Google Maps services (Google Maps Platform): information about places (photos, reviews, ratings and opening hours), searching for places and restaurants, and public transport times. Use of these features and their content is subject to the then-current versions of the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Content from Google is shown with Google’s branding.

Affiliate links

Some links to tickets (GetYourGuide, Viator), hotels (Booking.com) and car hire (DiscoverCars) are affiliate links: if you buy, we may earn a commission, at no cost to you. They’re marked ‘Affiliate link’. They don’t change the price or the order of what we show you.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep Routetto working, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, failures of other services or causes beyond our control. We aren’t liable for damage caused by third-party data that has changed, or by use that breaks these terms. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

If we change these terms or the price of the packs, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice. Credits you already hold keep their value.

Governing law and courts

If anything goes wrong, write to info@routetto.com and we’ll try to sort it out. If you’re not satisfied, you can go to the consumer services where you live. Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence that can’t be set aside by contract. If you are a consumer, the courts where you live have jurisdiction.

This is a translation. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
